How Leslie Helps Clients – Her Work Explained

[tabtext]The Program[/tabtext] [tabtext]Each Session[/tabtext] [tabtext]Inner Transformation[/tabtext] [tabtext]End Result[/tabtext] [/tabcontainer]
[tabcontent] [tab]For long term change, during a minimum of 3 months, my work involves helping clients identify their goals and helping them create objective-based action plans that they can accomplish and build upon each week during one-hour coaching sessions.[/tab]
[tab]During each session, I systematically walk clients through their problems by helping them identify the “challenges” and “opportunities” that presently exist before them and, together, we transform the two into easy to accomplish objectives (homework) to be completed before the next session.[/tab]
[tab]
During each session, we develop the spirit of the Four C’s: creativity, consciousness, connectivity, and confidence through skill building which sets the foundation of their paradigm and spiritual shift. Clients systematically go from simply anxiously reacting to “random” life experiences to peacefully responding to situations they have actively and consciously created with their decisions, attitudes, and way of being (as I call the “Four C’s”).[/tab]

Clients don’t just attract and achieve their ideal job, relationships, material goals and life situations. They become more spiritually enlightened beings who feel in control of their destiny and at peace with themselves and the world. As a result of my work, clients become materially and spiritually richer individuals who are then equipped to inspire others long after coaching has finished.[/tab]

The Coaching Partnership
The coaching partnership is a win-win approach in which client and coach plan the process together, communicate openly, and work cooperatively toward the ultimate accomplishment of overarching career and personal life goals.
The coaching partnership is based on agreed-upon ground rules, time frames, and specific goals and measures of success. The focus of the coaching partnership is on using the client’s strengths and building the key competencies needed to achieve strategic objectives.
A successful coaching partnership is guided by clear personal values, ethical guidelines, and experiences that establish the credibility of the coaching process and maintain the welfare of the client and those around them.
Coaching Process Broken Down
The coaching process is a system of assessment and intervention directed towards specific results. The cyclical process of coaching can be broken down in five simple phases. Know what to expect each step of the way.
Contracting and Contemplation > Planning > Action > Debriefing > Monitoring and Termination
